Rivero has received numerous individual contributions, including ones from political consultants Jason Rose and Sean Noble.
Jorge Rivero pumped $1,315 into his brother's campaign. Although the maximum donation most individuals can give a candidate is $410, immediate family members can contribute an unlimited amount.
Rivero largely spent the donations on mailers, with one Chandler-based company getting just more than $3,000. Tom Evans Consulting got nearly $800.
Dragon spent $985 in the reporting period, largely on campaign signs. He also spent $20 on California-based Skyy Consulting, which offers IT and software solutions.

Dragon loaned himself $400 for a total of $2,600 in loans from his own funds during the campaign.
Among candidates who ran unopposed and were re-elected in the primary, Mayor Bob Barrett has $9,230 left in his campaign chest. In the latest reporting period, Barrett collected $1.67 in interest and spent $117 at restaurants and $46 on office supplies.
Vice Mayor Ron Aames had about $4,400 in campaign contributions left but reported no activity in the latest filing.
